Product Information
A sculptural statement that reimagines drape through light and movement.
The Draped Glass top is a striking composition of reflective, glass-cut beads in a rich plum-wine tone, hand-draped in multiple cascading lines across the body to create a liquid, high-shimmer effect. Intricate 3D metallic roses and signature charms are embroidered along the back and straps, adding dimension and a couture finish. As you move, delicate tassels across the back and shoulders sway effortlessly, bringing the entire piece to life.
It is paired with the signature Papa Don’t Preach draped skirt in printed jacquard, featuring hand-illustrated pomegranate and wild forest motifs. The skirt is ruched at the waist to create a sculpted, snatched silhouette, finished with 3D metallic roses and charm detailing at the waistband, designed to resemble an heirloom brooch.
Shubhika’s styling tips:
Style the Draped Glass top with statement pants, a sleek skirt or even a luxe saree for multiple evening looks. The draped jacquard skirt pairs beautifully with a satin shirt or a structured top for a softer, elevated take — perfect for date nights, resort evenings or cocktail dressing.
A bold, head-turning set created for nights that call for drama, confidence and unmistakable Papaverse glamour.

How to Store your Papa Don’t Preach Garments ?
The garments should be stored in the original garment bags, coverings and pouches provided. Embroidered garments should be stored in a ventilated space, and not in stuffed attics and basements where air ventilation is limited. Embroidered garments should not be stored in plastic bags and coverings, it can lead to build up of moisture in the clothing causing mildew. All the garments should be stored in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Heavy weighted garments such as bridal lehengas and jumpsuits (which might be too heavy to hang) must be folded with acid-free tissue paper placed in between the folds. Hanged storage of heavy weighted garments can lead the fabric to stretch and distort from its original form. Fabric Care The garments should not be placed in direct yellow light, spotlight and sunlight, to avoid discoloration. Make sure to steam iron only on the reverse side of the fabric to avoid damage and distortion of the fabric. Do Not use flat iron, only steam iron must be used to iron the fabrics. Cleaning Instructions All embroidered and non-embroidered garments must be Dry Cleaned Only."
